Paul’s Orchard

IMG_2615This site was previously home to the Noyo Come-unity Garden. As with most elements of gardening, land uses are always evolving and changing. Though the Come-unity Garden dissolved years ago, the space is still thriving and beautiful, and a new opportunity has arisen!

As of February 2016, the Noyo Food Forest took on management of Paul’s Orchard. The space will be utilized for community education about fruit trees and orchard care. We have a long-term goal of working with Bee Bold Mendocino to create a pollinator sanctuary in the orchard. Thanks to Paul & Joan Katzeff for opening up their personal orchard to the Coastal community! We are looking forward to many events and learning opportunities on this beautiful piece of land.
